CEMS.org version 5.0 (public part)
How to improve the new version of the cems.org public site (open zone) ?
A new version of the cems.org web site was released on the 24th of November 2010. This is the place to suggest improvements to be included in the next release or report bugs. And this the the place to prioritise those demands

Fix nationalities
Review the nationalities of alumni. In my case, I have a "new" 2nd nationality. I have spoken to a friend, for her it is the same case. She also got an additional nationality.

make it possible to re-activate archived job offers
At the moment, I can see all archived job offers, but it is not possible to re-use them. I would like to be able to easily re-activate them.

I would like to be able to simply download the CEMS Magazine as PDF, directly from the CEMS homepage
At the moment, the CEMS Magazines are hosted elsewhere and when one wants to download the file, you have to register. It would be great to simply be able to download the magazine as PDF file straight from cems.org.

If you have the time, do not hesitate to add your feedback to the issuu related bug reporting thread : http://gsfn.us/t/8fwc
Issuu do not let you do that right now (you have to use an free issuu account), and issu users have been complaining about it for a while.
When it is possible we are providing that link independently from issuu, but that is not a satisfying solution in term of information management (two different hosting of the same document). -
make the job market available from the private zone
When I tried to enter the job market from my private zone, the page was not found. It would be great, if you could fix that. Thanks

make Website links clickable in the
When browsing offers in the job market, it is not possible to click the link provided in the field "website". At the moment, you need to copy & paste the link.

Make it possible to have categories for e-mail and possibility to unsubscribe
EC and LCs are sending out to alumni various types of communications: newsletter, local events, annual event, update campaign...
They are all sent from the bo.cems.org.
Alumni can't choose to receive some type of info (eg. newsletter) and not other (eg. events)
we need a tool to subscribe/unsubscribe to each type communication on EC level and on LC level.

An audit started a couple of weeks ago and should result on a mail usage charter, and specification for a new cems mailing system. Then there will be some development to plan
